hello friends!

I'm a painter and freelance illustrator. I've been making art since I was a very little girl. Now as a grown up I still get to make art! I went to the University of California Davis for my BA, and later got my MFA from the San Francisco Art Institute. I divide my time between making fine art and illustrating.

I love coffee, succulents, podcasts, baking, lowercase letters, the smell of oil paint, working out + reading the paper on a Sunday afternoon. I am not a fan of putting away laundry, traffic, bananas, washing silverware or watching golf.

For my illustrations I work in gouache, water color, ink, and colored pencil as well as Procreate and Photoshop. I love bright colors and whimsical design!

I live in beautiful Oakland, California with my husband, two daughters, and our noisy chickens!
